Directions: Steam green beans and set aside. Pound sirloin with meat tenderizer and cut into small strips. Sprinkle flour over meat, coating all the strips. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes and then add meat. Continue to sauté 2 to 3 minutes until meat is cooked medium rare. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until desired consistency is met and remove from heat. Add Greek yogurt and stir until creamy. Serve over steamed green beans. Makes 4 servings.
