Holiday Shake

Pumpkin Apple Shake 2


1 TBSP golden raisins
10 almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
½ cup applesauce (or ½ small apple)
1 scoop Vanilla or Orange Protein Powder
1 cup skim milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Serve and enjoy! For added chill, add four ice cubes before blending.
