A great POST workout snack

Banana pancakes with chocolate peanut dipping sauce

• 1/3 cup oats
• 1 whole egg, ½ cup of egg whites
• ½ ripe banana
• Stevia to sweeten

Dipping Sauce:
• 1 scoop of the best tasting chocolate protein powder
• 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1. Blend the first 4 ingredients until thoroughly mixed
2. pre heat a pan moistened with a little oil on low heat
3. Pour batter into pan and cook until bubbles start to appear
then flip to other side
4. Remove from pan when cooked through
5. Tear up into pieces
6. Mix chocolate protein powder with a little water to make a smooth paste
7. Add peanut butter and mix together
8. Put into a small dipping bowl and dip pancake pieces into choc nut sauce
